Fire Up the Grill and Dig into the Ultimate BBQ Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients
Spuds 2kg
Cheese
Cream 600ml
Chicken salt
Bacon pieces 500g
Garlic Butter White Lightning by Boars Night Out
Method
Boil potatoes whole, til cooked through
Cool in the fridge til cold
Slice thinly
Layer potato, chicken salt, white lightning, bacon, cheese, and cream.
Repeat til pan is full.
Top with cheese
Smoke or cook til done.
