As our merchandise is made to order, minor variations in print placement or colour may occur.

Orders
Once an order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
As our products are printed to order, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through our payment provider. Ollie’s Q does not store your payment details.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
